Depot Operations Manager – Multi-Site, Flexible & Impactful

First Bus in the Midlands is recruiting an Operations Manager to lead the Adderley Green & Worcester depots on a full-time basis, with travel between sites. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive operational performance and a customer-centric culture across the depots.

You will guide the team to deliver safe, punctual services, develop governance to ensure compliance, and nurture a high-performing, innovative operations team across multiple sites.
