OakNorth Bank plc is seeking a People Operations Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to deliver an exceptional employee experience across the UK and US.

You will own onboarding, lifecycle activities, background screening, HR system administration and data integrity, partnering with IT, Finance and Payroll to keep processes smooth and compliant.

The role focuses on automation, AI-led improvements, and building scalable People Operations as our business grows.
