Solihull Council is recruiting a Registered Service Manager for the new Supported Accommodation and Supported Lodgings in Solihull. You will oversee Training Flats and work with Responsible Individual and colleagues to support 16–25s, implementing care plans and risk assessments to promote semi-independence.
The role requires OFSTED registration within six months, with a Level 5 Leadership Diploma or equivalent, and experience leading teams in regulated settings.
