Shift Lead – Food Ops & Customer Experience

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Shift Lead to manage the fill operation on a busy store floor. You will coordinate resources to ensure the store is ready to trade, lead the team in the absence of the Colleague Manager, and drive productivity for opening readiness.

You will coach colleagues on operating methods, maintain a quick payment experience, and ensure daily tasks are completed accurately. This frontline role offers opportunities across shifts with unsocial hours premium where applicable.
