Job Description:

Join Our Talent Pool! Help Us Shape the Future

We’ve been helping our members save for their future and buy their own home since 1875. Join us and you’ll play a big role in helping us to put home ownership within reach of more people, generation after generation. It’s a purpose that drives everything we do and one we’re proud of. And you can play your part too as a Business Analyst working throughout the end‑to‑end delivery and helping to set us up for success on our future transformation programmes.

If you’re a BA with mortgage, savings or payments experience, we’d love to hear from you.

We know that great business analysis is the backbone of successful transformation. That’s why we’re building a talent pipeline of exceptional Business Analysts with mortgages or savings knowledge, ready to hit the ground running when new opportunities arise. By joining our talent pool, you’ll be first in line to hear about roles that match your skills and ambitions.

We’re embarking on our biggest transformation yet: replacing our core banking systems with a cutting‑edge SaaS ecosystem. Our Business Analysts are at the heart of this change, collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to shape everything from requirements and process maps to functional specs and acceptance criteria.

We’re looking for people with

  • A strong background of the end‑to‑end business analysis lifecycle (from requirements gathering, acceptance criteria to business readiness and delivery).
  • Mortgages, Savings or Payments experience
  • Agile working (ideally SAFe) and BDD
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and decision‑making skills – you’re pragmatic, proactive, and people‑focused.
  • Experience of working on large scale technology‑based transformation programmes.
  • Experience of working in financial services
  • Looking for fixed‑term contracts likely to be 6‑12 months.

Some of the benefits we offer

  • An annual colleague bonus of up to 12%
  • Hybrid working with 60% of your time at home
  • Matched pension contributions of up to 10%
  • 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays and holiday purchase scheme of up to 5 days each year
  • Colleague Mortgage and Saver products
  • Electric vehicle scheme
  • 2 days volunteering per year

We’re committed to equal opportunities regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability or gender identity.
