Production Director

We are retained by a prestigious privately owned developer to bring to the business an experienced and driven Director of Production. This role oversees and manages delivery of the company’s portfolio of works throughout Surrey, Sussex and South London.

As Production Director, you will be responsible for all delivery‑related matters, including pre‑construction, planning, construction and design. You will work closely with relevant parties and stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in a similar position.
• Resident within the Surrey, Sussex or South London region.
• BSc standard qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience driving high‑performing teams.
