Lead Commercial Real Estate Counsel

Card Factory in the UK is seeking an experienced legal real estate leader to head the commercial real estate function across the UK and ROI. This hybrid role is based two days a week at our Wakefield head office and will shape the legal framework for our retail stores, depots, manufacturing sites, and offices.

You will bring significant post-qualification experience as a solicitor in England and Wales, with deep expertise in landlord and tenant law and leasehold structures.
