We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Procurement Professional to join our team in Dundalk. This role will involve managing supplier relationships, coordinating production and logistics, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and qualify new suppliers based on capacity, financial stability, and quality standards.
• Manage RFQs and tender processes to secure competitive pricing.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery.
• Build strong supplier relationships to secure favourable pricing and production availability.
• Coordinate sample approvals and quality checks.
• Manage international shipping and local delivery logistics.
• Liaise with installation teams to ensure accurate project execution.
• Conduct market research and attend industry events to identify new suppliers and trends.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, trackers, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and approval processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, buying, or procurement environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and health & safety standards.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
