About you
- Relevant trade qualification – NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- Valid CSCS/CSR card
- Proven experience in a similar joinery role, particularly response maintenance
- Good knowledge of current health and safety legislation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Full, clean driving licence
What you’ll do
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and carry out repairs to high standards
- Communicate effectively with management and clients
- Itemise and plan work in dwellings and premises
- Maintain compliance with Data Protection policies
- Support the team with any additional duties necessary for the smooth running of operations
