About you
- Time served or appropriately qualified with relevant tiling and construction experience
- Proven experience working within the construction industry
- Valid CSR card and full driving licence
- Good IT skills and effective time management
- Reliable, flexible, and adaptable team player
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
What you’ll do
- Carry out tiling works on void and tenanted social housing properties
- Perform routine tasks such as painting and decorating
- Complete work appointments efficiently using PDA systems
- Maintain clean and safe work environments daily
- Contribute to maintenance and repair projects, ensuring health and safety compliance
