Senior Support Worker: Lead Care & Independence (Castle Cary)

Voyage Care in Castle Cary is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a residential service and help people gain more independence. You will assist with day-to-day management, supervise staff, and support individuals with diverse needs in a welcoming team.

The role offers responsibilities in shift allocation, training, and ensuring the people we support stay financially safe and independent. A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or progress toward it is preferred.
