Regional Care Assistant: Travel & Training, Career Growth

Advantage Healthcare Limited is seeking a Regional Care Worker to cover care packages across a 50-mile radius around Cardiff and surrounding areas. You will travel between clients, work a mix of day and night shifts and join an on-call rota, with full training and clinical support provided.

You will support people with complex needs in their homes and communities, including mobility and daily living tasks, while developing skills through training and regular supervision.
