Dementia & Mental Health Community Assistant – Part-Time

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Community Healthcare Assistant (Band 3) to support the Dementia and Older People’s Mental Health Service in Cornwall. The post is 22.5 hours per week, permanent, with a pro rata salary of £25,760 – £27,476 per year.

You will work with Community Mental Health Nurses, visit patients at home and in care homes, and travel across the county to support our teams and carers.
