1:1 SEND TA – Primary School Support & Growth

Aspire People is recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant at a mainstream primary school in Gainsborough. You will provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs and assist in small groups both inside and outside the classroom.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, term-time only, with a view to a long-term role and potential permanent placement. Start date is September 2026. You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
