Responsibilities
- Assist, support and collaborate with the Registered Nurse and the multidisciplinary team to provide safe, holistic, person‑centred care.
- Actively contribute to the health and well‑being of patients, staff and service users, communicating with sensitivity and compassion.
- Work independently within nursing scope while under the supervision of registered nurses.
- Perform tasks delegated by registered nurses, following UHNM procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Complete routine and specially identified tasks for which the worker has been trained and assessed as competent.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work variable shifts over 7 days a week on a week‑by‑week basis within agreed limits.
Qualifications
- Suitable qualification and appointment eligibility for a Band3 Senior Clinical Support Worker.
- Competent in the required skills and tasks as assessed by registered nurses.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
