Support Worker – Worcester (Woodbury View) – Permanent – Support/Care Worker – Worcester. Salary £13.30 per hour. Hours Full Time 37.5 hours or Sessional. Shifts 7:45am–2:45pm, 2:45pm–8:45pm, Long Day 7:45am–8:45pm. Driving Licence Desired.
Your Role as a Support Worker

As a Support Worker at Woodbury View you will:
- Support daily routines such as cooking, personal care and household tasks.
- Encourage participation in hobbies and community activities such as karaoke, shopping and day trips.
- Promote independence and build confidence.
- Monitor wellbeing and respond to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider team.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant is ideal, but not essential. If you’re new to care and passionate about helping others live independently, we’ll provide all the training and support you need.
