Plant Fitter – 4-on 4-off Maintenance Specialist

FM Conway is recruiting a Plant Fitter to join our Aggregates and Asphalt division at our Heathrow depot. You will carry out maintenance duties, preventative maintenance, attend to breakdowns, and perform mechanical repairs, fabrication, welding, and uphold high housekeeping standards.

The role is permanent, full-time, with a four-on-four-off rota and involves working flexible shifts including days and nights; the ideal candidate will be a qualified fitter with hands-on mechanical repair skills.
