Remote Council Tax Revenue Officer|Fair, Impactful Billing

London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is looking for a Council Tax Officer to join our Revenues team. You will be involved in billing, collection and enforcement, working with Welfare and other services to support residents in financial difficulty.

The role emphasises fair, balanced outcomes and strong customer service in plain English. We value collaborative working with Welfare, Rents, Sundry Debts and external partners to ensure effective collection while protecting vulnerable residents.
