Outcomes First Group’s Fieldstone School in Devon is seeking a Learning Support Assistant Outreach to support pupils both on-site and in local community settings. You’ll help learners engage with activities, build confidence, and develop essential life skills across diverse environments, including homes and alternative provision settings.

The role requires strong numeracy and literacy, experience with SEN learners, and a proactive, flexible approach.
