Who are IDHL?

At IDHL, we’re more than a digital agency, we’re a strategic partner to ambitious brands, helping them accelerate growth in the digital economy.

Our expertise is delivered through three core divisions: Performance, Web & eCommerce, and Intelligence – all working closely together to create impact across channels.

We’re also home to Fostr, a Shopify Plus agency for luxury and lifestyle brands, and The MTM Agency, specialists in integrated marketing and audience engagement.

What connects it all is our focus on outcomes, not just outputs. We back each other, take pride in what we do, and make sure the way we work works for everyone.

About the role

IDHL is looking to expand our People Team with the addition of a People Assistant.

Working closely with the wider People Team, you’ll support a variety of day-to-day People activities, including onboarding, HR administration, payroll preparation, benefits administration and employee queries, while also having the opportunity to get involved in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in HR. You’ll gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle while working alongside experienced People professionals, with the opportunity to study for the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice, fully supported by the business.

  • Supporting the delivery of colleague engagement initiatives by coordinating volunteering days, charity events, wellbeing campaigns and internal culture activities
  • Assist with learning and development administration, including training records and course bookings
  • Produce routine people reports and management information
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the wider People Team, assisting with additional activities and projects as required
  • Support People projects, engagement initiatives and continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies at all times
