Energy Efficiency & Community Support Officer

Reading Borough Council is seeking an Energy Support Officer to assist residents with energy efficiency improvements and guidance to reduce bills. You will visit households, advise on schemes, and work with energy suppliers and partners to provide timely support.

The role focuses on helping vulnerable residents, carrying out home visits, and maintaining case records while promoting the service at events and outreach activities.
