Dynamic Admin Assistant — People-First Care Home

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking an Admin Assistant for one of our care homes in Scotland. You’ll answer the phone, manage files, support managers and help create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

You’ll engage with residents and show prospective clients around to demonstrate our high standards of care. This role emphasises people skills, reliability and a friendly, proactive approach to day-to-day administration in a compassionate care setting.
