Ideal for All is seeking a passionate Community Engagement Navigator to promote inclusion, independence and access to services for all people in Sandwell. You will build relationships with local groups and partner services.

This role involves co‑production meetings, outreach events, navigation support, and enabling social connection, with some evenings and weekends to meet community needs. You will contribute to a welcoming and empowering environment.
