Senior ICT Trainer for Clinical Systems

BCUHB is seeking a Senior ICT Support Officer / Senior Trainer to join the Digital ICT Academy, part of the ICT User Experience Team. The role centres on high‑quality training, hands‑on support, and continuous improvement to maximise use of clinical systems across sites.

You will design training materials, run classroom and virtual sessions, support system rollouts, and work with clinical and operational teams to tailor content.
