Go Car Credit Limited is seeking a Customer Care Agent specialised in Collections to join our team at Warrington or Portsmouth. The role focuses on helping customers in financial difficulty, understanding their situation and offering solutions, handling payments, complaints, and account questions.
You will use inbound/outbound calls and emails, with full training provided. Working hours are 37.5 per week across Monday to Saturday, with some bank holidays, and a hybrid arrangement.
