Hospital Social Worker – Home First Team (3-Month Temp)

Randstad Care is recruiting a Social Worker for the Home First Hospital Team on a temporary basis. The role is primarily based in Morriston Hospital with coverage across Singleton, Neath Port Talbot and Gorseinon.

You will work in hospitals and in community settings to support patient transitions and collaborate with healthcare teams. The position requires a Qualified Social Worker with a valid UK driving license and the ability to work across multiple sites.
