SEND Case Coordinator – Hybrid (Impactful Admin)

Lancashire County Council is recruiting a SEND Caseworker in the Inclusion Service. This dynamic admin role supports families, schools and multi‑agency partners, guiding them through statutory SEND processes and ensuring their voices are heard at every stage.

You will coordinate needs assessments and annual reviews, prepare and maintain documents for SEND panels and case reviews, and act as a trusted contact for service users and professionals.
