Campus Wellbeing & Behaviour Support Lead

East Sussex College Group at Eastbourne campus is seeking a Campus Support Officer to support students and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. You will collaborate with security, reception, facilities and safeguarding, acting as a first response to on-campus incidents and supporting wellbeing and behaviour management.

The role requires a people-focused, adaptable approach, de-escalation skills, and the ability to handle unstructured time and respond to concerns as they arise.
