This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who offer multidisciplined services to the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Architectural Technician to join their Coventry studio.

Duties

• Lead and deliver on a range of residential and commercial projects
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
• Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
• Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved

Skills and experience

• Relevant degree within architectural technology
• Strong post qualification as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit is essential
• Experience managing projects across various sectors
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Excellent technical detailing skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Coventry area
