An award-winning architectural firm is looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join its dynamic team in Coventry. Specialising in high-end residential and commercial projects, this firm is renowned for its innovative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities for the Architectural Technician role:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with architects and designers.
• Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations and construction methods.
• Contribute to the seamless execution of prestigious projects.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion.

Requirements:

• CIAT accredited or working towards accreditation.
• Sufficient post-qualification experience (residential experience beneficial).
• Proficient using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a flair for innovative design.
