The Role
You will assist with a varied caseload of private client matters including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Trust administration
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties
- Preparing applications and supporting fee earners throughout the lifecycle of each matter
- Providing a high standard of client care and administrative support
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal or Legal Assistant
- Experience of supporting fee earners on wills, probate and estate administration matters
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client care abilities
- A proactive and professional approach with a genuine interest in developing a career in Private Client law
