Join our team as a Paralegal! Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support an exciting large onboarding project in the property and real estate sector. The role is temporary and based a short walk from Tottenham Court Road station.
Role Overview
- Position: Paralegal

- Duration: 4‑5 weeks (possible extension into September)
Responsibilities
- Read and analyse approximately 300 leases, identifying key legal points.
- Summarise lease information into concise, clear overviews.
- Arrange and document access for all necessary parties.
- Highlight key inclusions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and passion for legal documentation.
- Experience in real estate or property law is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting legal jargon.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders.
