Assistant Manager: Lead Team, Craft Exceptional Coffee

Caffè Nero is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to join our Belfast team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to train and coach your team, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth store operations.

You will lead by example, delivering the signature 1-2-1 service, and will keep the front-of-house and back-of-house areas safe, clean and well-organised. A passion for hospitality and team development is essential.
