Customer Service Advisor – Hybrid (Publishing & Distribution)

Hachette UK Distribution is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to deliver first-class service to our global customer base. You will respond to emails and calls, process orders and invoices, coordinate deliveries, and investigate claims while maintaining excellent communication with internal teams and publishers.

You will work as part of the Customer Services team with the aim of upholding high standards of quality and productivity.
