Job Description:
Recruit4Mum is seeking a Shift Control Room Operator for our Reading, Berkshire location. You will monitor alarms, respond to issues across wastewater networks, coordinate urgent field responses, and log decisions with accuracy, supporting safety and environmental protection.
The role is a 6‑week rolling pattern with day and night shifts and weekends. Candidates should have experience with SCADA systems and knowledge of pumping stations or wastewater treatment works.
