Compass Children’s Homes is seeking caring Bank Support Workers to join our residential care team. You will support children and young people in care, build positive relationships, provide supervision, and help with daily activities, education and hobbies.
No prior experience is necessary, but you must be 22 or older, have a valid driving licence, and stay calm in challenging situations. Induction and ongoing training are provided, with flexible hours and progression opportunities.
