Position Overview
Provide administrative support to the Service Department to ensure the smooth running of site installs, service work and spares contracts. 12 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative duties to enable the smooth running of the Service Department.
- Assisting in obtaining the correct documentation to enable the Field Service Engineers to travel to customer sites.
- Accurate training records in conjunction with the H&S Team.
- Appropriate medical records.
- Complete travel arrangements.
- Site access passes.
- Assisting in the smooth operation of dispatching tapchanger spare kits to customers.
- Scanning/cataloguing drawings and other historical data.
- Order input.
- Handling customer enquiries.
- Progress chasing.
- Processing of timesheets and expenses.
- Stationery and workwear ordering.
- Assisting with processing warranty claims.
- Creating purchase requisitions.
- Creating site packs.
Qualifications
- Highly computer literate with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work with all recognised IT systems, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, etc.) and internet/intranet applications.
- Commercially astute.
- Strong administrative experience.
