Skye Reinforcement Project – Scotland – Role: Design Coordinator
Role Purpose
- Design interfaces,
- Programme alignment,
- Technical deliverables,
- Workflow coordination,
- Stakeholder integration,
- Reporting visibility across multiple packages.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating design and delivery interfaces across multiple engineering packages
- Supporting programme tracking and deliverable management
- Managing actions, risks and technical dependencies
- Supporting integration between Design, Construction, Commercial and Project Controls
- Tracking progress against key milestones and submissions
- Supporting design reviews and coordination meetings
- Working closely with Engineering Managers, Design Managers and package leads
- Helping improve delivery visibility and reporting maturity across the project
Who we’re looking for
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and disciplines
- Experience in infrastructure or engineering projects
- Programme and delivery awareness
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced project environment
- Strong communication and problem‑solving capability

Qualifications
Essential:
- Degree, HNC or HND in Engineering or a related discipline.
Desirable:
- Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Infrastructure related discipline.
