Retail Customer Service Manager — Betting Shop

Entain operates Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops and is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to drive top-notch service and shop standards. You will report to the Shop Manager as part of the Shop team, delivering excellent customer interactions and contributing to repeat business.

You will work with a focus on excellent customer care, safer gambling, and product demonstrations, with a typical weekly rota around 16 hours and shifts across opening/closing times.
