Compass Homes is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to help children engage in activities, support wellbeing, and contribute to a safe, caring environment.
You will support children and young people with daily tasks, learn through the Skills to Care induction, and pursue a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 12 months. A 12-month development pathway is provided.
