DTC Community Builder & Growth Lead

Judge.me in London is seeking a Community Lead to architect and scale its merchant ecosystem from 500 members into a thriving accelerator. You’ll be the face of the brand—hosting webinars, producing operator-led content, and organizing events to help DTC founders level up through shared expertise and genuine connection.

This is a builder role reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, with ownership of strategy and hands-on delivery of community content.
