About the Role
Make a difference by supporting people to live their life, their way. In this role, you will support two gentlemen who live independently in their own home in Blean. They enjoy a variety of activities, including spending time in the garden, going on long walks, and enjoying trips to the swimming pool and cinema. Your role will be to empower them to live fulfilling and active lives, providing the support and encouragement they need to participate in the activities they enjoy while promoting their independence and wellbeing.
