Materials Recovery Specialist — Conveyor & Clean-up

Shorts Group Ltd in Ascot is seeking a dedicated operative to support our recycling and materials recovery operations. You will pick recyclable materials from a moving conveyor, help maximise recovery rates, and keep equipment clean and safe.

The role requires a health and safety aware approach, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team or alone with attention to detail. Good communication and a can-do attitude are essential to succeed in this hands-on position.
