Shaw healthcare is seeking a Regional Maintenance Surveyor to oversee estate management for care services across South Wales and Powys. You will manage condition surveys, maintenance planning, budgets and health & safety compliance, while supporting via Chartered skills and company processes.
The role requires 5+ years post-qualification experience, a recognised Building/Estates Surveying or Construction Management qualification, and a full driving licence.
