NHS Forth Valley is seeking a Patient Flow Support Worker on a fixed-term/secondment basis for 12 months to improve service delivery and discharge processes. The role focuses on enabling safe discharges, data collection, and smooth hospital bed flow.
You will work to ensure accurate data entry, support with bed management, and coordinate communications between wards and departments, under PVG scheme requirements and organisational policies.
