Café Assistant Manager: Lead Team & Guest Experience

The Berkeley Scott Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy Manchester café. You’ll support day‑to‑day operations, maintain high food quality and service, and lead a motivated team.

You’ll deputise for the Café Manager when required and collaborate with the Hospitality and Events team to delight customers. This role involves staffing, stock management, cash handling, safety and hygiene compliance, and contributing to promotions and seasonal campaigns.
