Equipment Rentals & Used Sales Admin Coordinator

Finning (UK) Ltd is seeking a highly organised Rental and Used Equipment Coordinator to support end-to-end administration of Rental and Used Equipment sales, ensuring orders, contracts, purchases and invoices are processed accurately and on time.

You will liaise with sales teams and internal stakeholders, manage records in databases, raise invoices, handle on/off hire, warranties and safety certificates, and produce management reports while delivering excellent customer service.
