Job Overview

We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing sales advisor to join our lively sales team in the Warrington contact centre. In this role you’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them discover the best deals on phones, broadband and other tech products.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from EE customers and guide them through available phone and broadband deals.
• Assist customers in navigating the range of tech products we sell.
• Listen actively, identify customer needs, and match them with the most suitable product.
• Meet and exceed sales targets within a competitive team environment.
• Provide excellent customer service while solving problems efficiently.
