Trainee Factory Operative

My client is looking for a keen and driven Trainee Factory Operative to join their busy Manufacturing Department on a temporary to permanent basis during a period of growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to join an engineering business and put their education into practice.

Requirements for the Trainee Factory Operative Role

• Qualifications within Engineering or Mechanics at college or university level would be advantageous but not essential
• Possess excellent attention to detail and a meticulous way of thinking
• Previous experience within a factory or workshop setting is essential

Role Responsibilities

• Working with a range of products
• Operating various machinery
• Full on-the-job training
