£28,000 – £32,000 DOE + Benefits
Hours
Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm

The Role
This is a varied customer service and administration role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, complaints and account administration while helping deliver excellent customer service.
Key Duties
- Managing customer enquiries by phone and email
- Complaint resolution and objection handling
- Processing customer orders
- Supporting new customer onboarding
- Account administration and record management
- Credit control and debt collection support
- Liaising with suppliers and customers to resolve issues
- Troubleshooting customer problems and finding solutions
What They’re Looking For
- Previous customer service and administration experience
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience handling complaints
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Someone who enjoys a busy, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks effectively
